This website, u2aiportal.com, is operated by U2 AI Studio Teknoloji A.Ş. ("U2 AI Studio", "we"), a company registered in Türkiye; U2 AI Portal is a venture of that company. 2. What we collect
- Information you submit through the contact form: name, work email, organisation if you share it, and your message.
- Basic technical data generated when you visit the site (IP address, browser type, pages viewed), processed by our hosting and content delivery providers for security and performance.
- Fonts are served by Google Fonts; when pages load, your IP address is transmitted to Google to deliver the font files.
3. Why we process it
- To respond to your message and follow up on your request.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
- To comply with legal obligations applicable to us in Türkiye.
4. Sharing and retention
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers acting on our behalf under appropriate safeguards, and disclosed where required by law. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, then deleted or anonymised.
5. This notice covers the website only
This notice concerns visitors to u2aiportal.com. Material that a customer processes within an engagement or inside a product supplied to it is governed by a separate agreement in which the customer is the data controller and U2 AI Studio acts as data processor.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data. Residents of Türkiye may exercise the rights listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK); the full notice, including all nine rights, is published in our KVKK notice (Turkish version: KVKK Aydınlatma Metni). Under Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you may apply in writing to our registered address, to our KEP address, using a secure electronic signature or mobile signature, or from an e-mail address registered in our system. We respond within thirty days at the latest, free of charge (Article 13 of the KVKK). If your application is rejected, the response is insufficient or no response is given in time, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board within thirty days of learning the response and in any case within sixty days of the application date (Article 14 of the KVKK).
